Provided you meet our criteria and are accepted as a PSS Operative, we will endeavour to match your experience, skills and expertise to find work that suits your needs, always bearing in mind we have a duty to satisfy our clients. A major benefit of working for PSS lies in the fact that (subject to contract) you will have the flexibility and choice to work when and where it suits you. Your travel expenses will be met. We will endeavour to place you in work as close to your home as possible. You will know exactly what work you are being contracted to provide. Your work will be clearly defined in each contract. This means that you will be able to devote your expertise and experience to that specific assignment. You will not be encumbered by other tasks, roles or responsibilities. You will have the satisfaction of delivering crucial support and help to former colleagues who need your experience and expertise. Administration will be kept to an absolute minimum within the requirements of each separate contract. Whilst working on a PSS contract, our Professional Indemnity Insurance will cover you. You will be paid electronically by BACS. |
